Core Network Refresh Engineer
Role
We’re hiring for Core Network Refresh Engineers to support a long-term branch-site refresh program for JPMC across APAC. This role focuses on executing refresh activities, coordinating cutovers, and ensuring stable post-change operations.
Location: This role is based on-site in India.
Eligibility: Currently in Hyderabad or Bangalore / Willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Execute network refresh tasks (hardware/software upgrades, configuration updates, cutovers)
- Perform pre-checks/post-checks, validation testing, and issue remediation
- Troubleshoot routing/switching incidents related to refresh activities
- Work closely with Leads to execute rollout waves and meet timelines
- Maintain clean documentation and implementation records
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network refresh / rollout execution
- CCNA required
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working in change windows
- Strong documentation and process adherence
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with large branch networks and standardized deployment playbooks
- Exposure to ITIL/change management environments
