Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.25/hour (Final offer based on candidate's experience and culinary skills)

What You’ll Do:
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, handling, safety, and sanitation
- Prepares hot entrees, soups, vegetables, and accompaniments for various dining areas
- Follows recipes and preparation sheets to ensure quality and presentation
- Completes advance prep, food temperature checks, and tasting for each meal
- Maintains accurate preparation records and stores food properly
- Cleans work area and equipment after use
- Follows proper lifting, bending, and safety procedures
- Assists with fire safety and emergency evacuation as needed
- Cooperates with other departments and maintains a clean, safe environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in cooking, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Attention to detail and a passion for preparing great food
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Creativity, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Must be able to speak and read in English
