How to Get Hired at Hillenbrand

  • Research the specific Hillenbrand brand (Coperion, Milacron, Rotex, etc.) associated with the role you're targeting — tailor your resume and interview talking points to that brand's technology, markets, and recent developments rather than speaking generically about Hillenbrand at the corporate level
  • With only approximately many open positions posted at any given time, set up Workday job alerts immediately and apply within the first few days of a posting going live — smaller applicant pools mean faster screening but also higher scrutiny per application
