Controller – Manufacturing | Boiling Springs, SC | $130–140K + Benefits
A well-established manufacturing company in the Boiling Springs area is seeking a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and drive process improvements across the finance function. This is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting full-cycle accounting, inventory and costing, ERP system management, and global reporting. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accuracy
Lead inventory and cost accounting functions, with a focus on raw materials
Collaborate with international teams to streamline processes and reporting
Own ERP/financial systems improvements (SAP or similar experience preferred)
Support audit preparation, policy development, and controls
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing accounting leadership role
Strong foundation in financial reporting, inventory/cost accounting, and ERP systems
Experience working cross-functionally across operations, IT, and finance
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
