CONTROLLER ASSOCIATE MANAGER

SOBRE EL TRABAJO We are looking for a Strategic Business Partner to support the Marketing team within the Kids & Essential category, providing financial insights and visibility to drive profitable growth and create value for our brands. SOBRE TI Perfil: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree required). Experience: Minimum 2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing, with involvement in financial analysis and budget control. Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Advanced English (ability to communicate in global environments). Key Competencies: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to interpret financial data and generate insights. Adaptability and continuous learning in dynamic environments. Conduct financial evaluations for new product innovations. Assess investment projects and brand productivity. Analyze brand performance and provide actionable insights.
