The Role The Control & Reconciliation Executive will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data across the Private Credit loan portfolio. This role will be responsible for overseeing key reconciliations, reviewing financial data, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that operational controls are operating effectively. The individual will work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to maintain robust processes and improve data quality across the lending platform. The role requires strong analytical capability, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The successful candidate will also support the ongoing improvement and automation of processes as the Private Credit platform continues to scale. |
