Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Contractual Associate, Customer Service in London. This is a 3 months contract position.

Roles and Responsibility


  • Respond to client queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to achieve business objectives.




Job Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and corporate functions.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
