What the day will look like Become part of the contract lifecycle for a portfolio of work as you draft, review and manage client contracts from start to finish. Serve as a point of contact for complex or high‑risk matters. Become a strategic partner to account executives and commercial client leaders. Collaborate regularly with internal partners across the world. Work with management teams to ensure contracts are detailed, follow policy and support our business goals. Advise on reporting, tooling and operational improvements that enhance how our operations team delivers for clients. Provide input for tracking and managing the full contract lifecycle. Help ensure favorable agreements and alignment with company standards. Build and maintain strong partnerships with legal, procurement, finance, risk management and data privacy teams. Coordinate efficient contract reviews, approvals and execution, especially for complex arrangements. Proactively identify and assess risks in contract terms and conditions, advising on mitigation strategies. Support the resolution of issues or disputes that arise during the contract period. Lead the design and delivery of regular reports on operational status, performance measures and compliance, using insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes. Drive continuous improvement of contract workflows, including creating and maintaining training materials, playbooks and guidelines. They are comfortable using data and tools to maintain clarity, accuracy, and compliance during the entire contract process. Our team members know how to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while aligning collaborators. Strong influencing skills, attention to detail and a focus on continuous operational improvement help our colleagues thrive in this role. Experience (typically three to five years) in a commercially focused operations role, ideally within the healthcare or employee benefits industry, with increasing levels of responsibility and impact. Demonstrated teamwork, participating in initiatives or workstreams and influencing collaborators at multiple levels. Critical thinking and resolution skills, including operational risk analysis related to contract strategy and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity. Experience designing or optimizing operations processes to maintain clear, accurate and consistent benefits contracts from initiation through execution and closure. Exposure to the financial aspects of contracts, with skills in interpreting and applying financial analysis to help optimize operational and financial performance. Proven track record of leading multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously and partnering effectively with collaborators at all levels, with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smartsheet in a business setting. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is desirable, particularly for creating management‑level dashboards and insights. Proficiency in English equivalent to B2 level or higher.
