Als contract manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige contractproces rondom huur binnen de winkelcentra. Je werkt nauw samen met twee advocaten en de lease managers, en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de legal director. Je draagt zorg voor de juridische kwaliteit, volledigheid en rechtsgeldige totstandkoming van alle contracten, in lijn met de commerciële kaders en interne procedures.
