As a Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Project Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, your primary objective will be to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes.
How you create impact
Your primary objective will be to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
• To support the assigned project team as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members + providing guidance on projects, career + development.
• To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.
• To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries, plus maintaining all project documentation.
• To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.
What we would like you to bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management roles within contract logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or transition management within logistics environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding/implementation projects simultaneously across different locations
