Content & Video Producer Intern
About the role
We're building the next generation of Europe's best startups and it's time the world knows about it. You'll own Hexa's content engine: from running our podcast room to making our founders and partners look and sound incredible on camera.
Hexa is the startup studio behind Front, Aircall, Spendesk, and 50+ other B2B software companies. We work hand-in-hand with founders at every stage - from idea to scale. Our content reflects who we are: ambitious, direct, founder-obsessed.
You'll work directly with Sarah, our Head of Brand. You'll have the space to bring your own creative vision and push ideas forward. During your internship, you'll have real ownership from week one: running shoots, editing content, distributing across platforms, and helping our portfolio companies tell their own stories.
What you'll work on
🎙 Run the podcast room: Own end-to-end production of Hexa's podcast room: setup, recording, editing, publishing. Make our guests look and sound better than they expected.
🎬 Coach partners & founders on camera: Help senior team members get comfortable in front of the lens. You'll develop a real playbook for on-camera coaching.
✂️ Video editing & post-production: Cut long-form content into compelling short-form clips. Dynamic cuts, sound design, captions, pacing - the details that make the difference.
🖼 Graphic design & thumbnails: Create scroll-stopping thumbnails and visual assets that maintain a consistent Hexa visual identity across all platforms.
📷 Photo & video at events and office: Capture the energy of Demo Times, founder dinners, and everyday life at la Cristallerie. You'll be the one who makes sure it lives on beyond the room.
📲 Multi-platform distribution: Adapt and distribute content across LinkedIn, Substack, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X. Know what works where - format, length, copy, timing.
🚀 Growth & virality: Produce a high volume of Reels and short-form videos. Test hooks, formats, and distribution tactics. Track performance and iterate fast.
🏢 Support portfolio companies: Help Hexa's startups with their own video and comms needs, filming, editing, or advising on content strategy at key moments (launches, fundraises, hiring).
🤖 AI-powered production workflow: Use AI tools (auto-captions, script generation, editing assistants, clip selection) to multiply your output without sacrificing quality.
Who we're looking for
At least one experience at a company - you've operated in a professional environment before. You know what it means to deliver, collaborate, and be accountable to a team.
You've shipped video content - a portfolio or social channel we can watch.
You're comfortable on set and in post - you can handle a camera, a mic, and Premiere (or Final Cut, DaVinci, Capcut, Descript…).
You understand platforms natively - you know the difference between a LinkedIn video and a TikTok. You post content yourself and think about why things perform.
You're curious about AI tools - you experiment with new tools as they come out. You don't wait to be told, you find what works and bring it to the team.
You’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset - you're full of ideas, you like to test things yourself, and you thrive in environments built on trust and autonomy.
You have a genuine interest in startups, technology, and building things that matter - you follow what's happening in the ecosystem. You care about the companies being built, not just the work you've been asked to do.
Fluent in English & French - our content lives in both languages. You're fluent enough to write captions, coach delivery, and catch tone issues in both

Compensation and benefits:
1100€/mois
Meal vouchers of €10/day worked
