Content Associate

You will be an important part of the Hyderabad Marketing Operations team, within the UK&Ire region.

You will utilize the internal tools available to fulfil promotional content campaigns promptly. This includes content activities such as creating landing pages, promo pages, thumbnails, banners and teasers.

You'll help work along with teams to build important processes, manage projects, and ensure the smooth daily operations of our business.

In this role, you'll demonstrate your organizational planning skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team and important team members to meet the daily our requirements. This will involve working with:
  • Proposition
  • Content
  • Operations
• You'll build all campaign builds within the defined Service level agreements, while maintaining quality and minimizing errors.
• Responsible for internal QA, and ensuring a smooth player journey / experience onsite
• With team members and team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address content related issues
• You'll provide regular updates to the Team Lead on any issues or procedural improvements
• Support the Content team with Sitecore template build and different optimization tasks
• Support the Operations team on escalations, regular promotional builds, and internal queries
• Follow up on related incidents and raise an incident when it needs alerting the relevant teams.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, efficiency gains, and Sitecore related enhancements
• Ensuring the Daily Task Sheets are up-to date

• You are experienced in the tools and systems used by the HYD Marketing Content team, including:
  • HTML, CSS, Sitecore, and SNOW
  • You are familiar with tools used by the Operations team and understand any dependencies (PAT, Backoffice, EDS, CSM.
• You are enthusiastic and have to work, including a desire to absorb feedback and develop professionally
