What you’ll be doing
As a member of the Enterprise Resilience and Fusion team, you will triage and prioritize security and fraud incidents according to urgency and business impact and act as a secondary lead while providing support to Senior Fusion Response leaders for high-profile enterprise crises and complex incidents. As a Consultant, Fusion Response, you will act as primary response lead on lower severity incidents, follow and enforce established response procedures and playbooks, write and distribute accurate records of incident response meetings, workgroups, and executive briefings, and ensure they are effectively distributed to stakeholders within established timelines. Activities will also include capturing lessons learned from incidents and exercises, write post-incident/exercise reports, and track assigned action items, lead the Fusion Daily Briefing which brings key CIBC stakeholders together from across the key security domains and enables effective information sharing across the CIBC security community to proactively identify potential issues that could have an impact on CIBC, and support mitigation efforts. Participating in working groups or task forces to address systemic threats or issues impacting CIBC and/or its clients as well as participating in individual and collective training exercises to continuously improve your capability and team effectiveness.

You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge in Business continuity, risk management, business incident management and crisis management within Financial services institution (bank, insurance, wealth management, credit card networks), or a financial market instrument (payments, clearing, or settlement systems)
