Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential landscaping and paving projects from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and installation crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards.
- Communicate with homeowners to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for each project.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction management, landscaping, or paving.
- Strong knowledge of hardscaping, grading, and paving techniques.
- Experience managing subcontractors and project timelines.
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
