Your Impact:
Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents across the full lifecycle (idea → production).
Design systems where AI is core, not an add-on.
Turn experiments into real, production-ready features.
Own things end-to-end: from problem to adoption.
Work closely with engineers and product teams to embed AI into daily workflows.
Define practical patterns for using AI in real production environments.

Your Superpower:
5+ years building and shipping production systems.
Full-stack or deep backend/platform engineering.
AI-native: you use AI daily and think in agents, workflows, and automation.
Product mindset: you care about adoption, not just output.
You turn messy problems into scalable solutions.
Bonus Points If:
You’ve built or orchestrated AI agents or multi-step workflows.
You’re comfortable with LLM APIs, prompting, and tool-calling.
You’ve integrated AI into real systems (CI/CD, observability, dev tooling).
