We’re hiring a Middle C++ Developer to join a technology-driven trading company scaling its low-latency infrastructure and market connectivity systems.

Design and implement new market connectivity components
Improve existing high-load C++ applications
Optimize systems for lower latency and higher throughput
Maintain stability and operational excellence of core infrastructure
Collaborate with Python engineers, data teams, and trading operations

Direct impact on system speed, reliability, and trading performance.

Your Superpower:

3–4+ years of software development experience in modern C++
Experience with high-load, low-latency systems
Strong understanding of algorithms & data structures
Solid networking fundamentals (APIs, sockets, real-time protocols)
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Fluent English
Open to relocation to Dubai

Bonus Points If:

Experience in trading / HFT environments
Exposure to distributed systems
Familiarity with market connectivity protocols
Experience with cloud or observability tooling
Basic Python knowledge
