Algorithmic Trader

We’re hiring an Algorithmic Trader for a fast-growing HFT firm operating across digital asset markets.

Your Impact:

• Trade a wide range of instruments in digital markets

• Develop and improve algorithmic trading strategies

• Build internal tools and automation systems

• Manage risk and portfolio execution

• Collaborate closely with developers and research teams

You’ll work in a highly analytical, competitive environment with direct exposure to P&L impact.

Your Superpower:

• Graduated 2022–2024 (STEM preferred)

• Strong mental arithmetic and analytical reasoning

• 1–3 years coding experience (at least 1 year professional)

• Solid understanding of algorithms & data structures

• Fluent English

• Open to relocation to Dubai

Trading experience is not required — strong learning ability and interest in quantitative markets matter more.
