Concierge

Portico is searching for a standout Concierge to be the face of an elite residential development in the heart of the City. If you thrive on delivering exceptional service and believe no request is too big or too small, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be the go to person for residents — the friendly face, the problem solver, the organiser. From managing post and couriers, coordinating contractors and key control, to securing restaurant reservations and handling bespoke, high touch requests, you’ll make sure every resident feels looked after.

We’re looking for someone proactive, polished, and unflappable. If you bring organisation, warmth, and a genuine love of helping people, we want to meet you. 

Hours: 42 hours per week. With shifts between 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 4 days on 4 days off. Both Night and Day shifts are included.
Salary: £30,282

Essential qualities

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable resident experiences
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, can do approach
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A calm, professional manner when handling multiple tasks or complex requests
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding 5 star service within a customer service or hospitality environment
• Previous experience in a Concierge or similar front of house role
• Familiarity with managing contractors, key control, post and courier processes, and resident or guest requests
• Experience working within luxury, premium, or high expectation settings
