Compliance Training & Workday Learning Administrator

What will you contribute?
You will play a key role in the administration, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organization’s compliance training program within Workday Learning. This role is responsible for managing compliance courses, learner enrollments, and training-related service requests, while supporting accurate completion tracking and reporting. You will partner closely HR and People Technology teams to ensure mandatory training is delivered effectively and tracked accurately across the organization.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Workday Learning Administration
Manage and maintain compliance training courses within Workday Learning, including course setup, updates, retirements, and version control.
Configure and manage learner enrollments, assignments, re-enrollments, and completion rules in alignment with regulatory and policy requirements.
Monitor training availability and learner access to ensure a smooth learner experience.
Compliance Training Operations
Act as a primary operational contact for compliance training administration, responding to learner and stakeholder inquiries via shared mailboxes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Troubleshoot enrollment, access, and completion issues, escalating system defects or risks as required.
Support communications related to mandatory training campaigns, deadlines, and reminders.
Completion Tracking & Dashboards
Contribute to the maintenance, validation, and enhancement of compliance training completion dashboards and reports.
Partner with reporting and analytics teams to ensure accurate data feeds, consistent definitions, and reliable completion metrics.
Perform routine data quality checks to identify discrepancies, trends, or risks in training completion data.
Annual & Ongoing Training Programs
Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of yearly compliance training programs, including annual refreshes.
Assist with post-launch monitoring and issue resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Regulatory Compliance, People Technology, HRIS, and People Analytics teams to align system configuration, reporting, and training requirements.
Gather operational requirements, document processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance training delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience administering training or learning management systems, preferably Workday Learning.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven processes.
Experience managing enrollments, learner data, and training records.
Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or training completion tracking (Power BI or similar tools preferred).
Ability to manage and respond to service requests via email and ticketing systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
Previous experience in a compliance, regulatory, HR, or learning operations role is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting annual or mandatory training programs is a plus.
Workday certification or learning administration training is advantageous but not required.
