1.Ensuring that firm's activities follow the necessary rules and regulations both US regulations and Japan, and that the firm is in line with JFSA and Tokyo Head Office requirements. 2. Identify what the firm needs to comply with JFSA and Tokyo Head Office requirements and integrate this into Policy and Procedures and operating manuals. 3. Support to building a stronger compliance framework for both CoDA and MUB Compliance Group. 4. Work Together with Tokyo for the above initiatives and to making sure to support both CoDA and MUB Compliance Group to collaborate with all relevant parties in Japan and Americas.

 Qualifications

*3-5 years experience in Legal and or in compliance area (preferred). *General understanding of Compliance (required) and JFSA regulations (preferred) and US banking regulations (required).
