Join our team as a Compliance consultant, and help financial institutions strengthen their regulatory frameworks, provide independent oversight, challenge and advise to ensure alignment with key regulations, shaping compliance programs, and guiding clients through complex regulatory environments. Acting as a trusted second line of defence, you will support clients in enhancing governance, risk management, and operational resilience in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

We help them understand how and where the upcoming regulations have an impact within their organization and help with remediations of gaps within existing regulatory guidelines.

 

What will you do?

Your dedicated affinity and practical expertise in Compliance enable you to provide free oversight and advisory support, helping organizations strengthen their compliance posture, ensure adherence to legal and industry standards, and foster a culture of integrity and accountability.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide assurance and question client compliance frameworks, ensuring effectiveness of controls and governance structures.

  • Advise senior stakeholders on regulatory obligations within frameworks such as GDPR, MiFID II, Solvency II, Basel III, and DORA.

  • Assess and review compliance policies and governance frameworks, recommending enhancements aligned with industry standards and best practices.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their impact, guiding clients on proactive adjustments to compliance strategies.

  • Guide thematic reviews, compliance risk assessments, and second-line audits, ensuring consistency and accountability across client operations.

  • Identify gaps and propose remediation plans, strengthening compliance effectiveness and operational resilience.

  • Deliver training and awareness programs, promoting a dedicated compliance culture within client organizations.
