Compensation/Benefits Analyst 3
Serves as a compensation and benefit analyst supporting global and regional compensation and benefits programs. Partners with HRBPs and HR Shared Services on benefit programs management inclusive of insured and self-insured benefits. Conducts comprehensive compensation and benefits audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory compliance, and to optimize processes. Manages third-party benefit administrator, evaluating vendor performance, and optimizing processes for compliance and efficiency. Performs data analysis using internal and external data to identify gaps, trends and meaningful insights to support decision making. May support other TR programs and initiative as and when needed. Plans, leads, and manages annual benefit programs in partnership with HR Shared Services. Coordinates annual benefits renewal activities with regional benefit vendors, providing data and information support, conducting contract reviews, arranging employee communications, and facilitating payment and billing processes. Manages ongoing benefits vendor/external service providers relations to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery levels and standards. Assists in the planning, development and redesign of company benefit programs, while also analyzing the associated cost of benefits. Participates in major surveys and conducts analysis of market data to inform decision-making regarding compensation and benefits strategies. Conducts data audits within the HR system on Compensation and Benefits related items, identifying gaps, recommends changes and ensuring compliance with policies and practices. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits program design. Assists the Total Rewards Senior Manager in implementing educational initiatives, managing change, and facilitating the adoption of new or revised benefits programs. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the Compensation & Benefit function. Compensation and benefits knowledge with demonstrated progressive responsibilities, preferably in the high technology and/or manufacturing industry within global companies. Demonstrated English language verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient with desktop software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; demonstrated ability to effectively utilize HR Information Systems; experience with SuccessFactors and/or Workhuman a plus. Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic; ability to interface effectively with employees across cultures. Demonstrated attention to detail; ability to translate analyses into concise and clear management reports/presentations. A passion for accuracy and problem solving, with a sense of urgency.
