Compensation & Benefits Analyst

We are creating a key Compensation & Benefits role to shape and manage our Group’s pay policies. Reporting to Controlling – Audit & Management Control, you will influence decisions, ensure fair practices and provide data-driven insights.

What you’ll do:

• Manage payroll reporting, bonus rules and compensation practices

• Support annual salary reviews and Compensation Committee activities

• Conduct internal/external benchmarks and equity analyses

• Participate in job evaluation and mapping to align roles, responsibilities and pay

Who you are:

• Experienced in Finance, Management Control or Compensation & Benefits

• Analytical, detail-oriented and organized

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Comfortable in an international, evolving environment

• French is a plus; English is mandatory
