Main Responsibilities : In accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, your role as Site Physician is to prevent occupational illnesses and accidents, contribute to improving working conditions, and organize emergency response measures to ensure the physical and mental health of site employees. Required Skills : Empathy and interpersonal skills Rigorous approach Sharing of expertise Organization and proactivity Ability to manage difficult and crisis situations Compliance with medical ethics rules Academic Profile Experience : Doctorate in occupational medicine or general medicine, ideally with initial experience as a doctor in an industrial environment. The position is based in the Oriental region of Morocco.
