Communications Campaign Coordinator

As the Communications Campaign Coordinator, you will support the delivery of member campaigns and communication outputs across channels like email, digital collateral, SMS, direct mail, and outbound calls.
The role helps communicate important product, pricing, marketing, and service updates to ensure members are informed and have a positive experience. It also supports compliance with the PHI Act by helping create clear, accurate, and helpful communication materials.
This role works with multiple audiences, including Australian Resident members, International Students and Workers, whitelabel brands, GU Health, , and providers.
Let’s talk about you
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Marketing or Business, accompanied by at least one year of experience within a communications or marketing role.
Ideally, you will also have hands-on experience working with marketing automation or customer communications management platforms to create campaigns, as well as analysing and reporting on campaign performance.
Furthermore we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to work to deadlines and deliverables
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities
Experience in direct and database marketing practices
