Commercial Supervisor

Maintain high effective and efficient support services to both customers and agents on Order Entry and as Customer Interface on Order Executions. Coordinate with Sales Team, Marketing/Product Team and Operations Planner to support the fulfillment of customer orders. Provide timely response, information or feedback to requests in relation to customer orders. Be responsible for quotation, commercial bidding, and related LOA process Build and lead a customer service team. Bachelor's degree, major in commercial or electrical engineering is preferred. Working experience in marketing of electrical business is preferred. Proactive to solve problem and willing to take responsibility. Work both independently but also a good team player, work under pressures. Fluent in Spoken and Written English. Good communication and coordination skills. MS Office PC skills. Quick learner and creative thinker and have a passion for marketing. Electrical product, market, and channel knowledge a big plus.
