Your New Role

This role is based in Tampa, Florida and focuses on servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and HVAC/R systems throughout the Tampa area. You will work primarily in the field, visiting customer sites each day, with occasional trips to the Tampa office to pick up parts, supplies, or coordinate with the team. Your work will support a wide range of commercial clients, including office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, and industrial environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

  • Service ductwork, control systems, and refrigeration units

  • Identify and resolve electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues

  • Communicate clearly with clients about system conditions and solutions

  • Complete accurate service documentation and records

  • Keep your assigned service vehicle organized, stocked, and job ready

  • Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards
