Your New Role
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems only, including advanced control systems
Perform equipment startups, rooftop unit changeouts, and detailed commercial site surveys
Complete accurate service notes, jobsite documentation, and required paperwork for every call
Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teams regarding system conditions and repair recommendations
Identify required parts and coordinate sourcing to complete repairs efficiently
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold strong hygiene standards on all job sites
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all commercial locations
Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage during daytime hours only
Travel to commercial job sites throughout Denver, Colorado, and the Denver Metro Area
