As a Commercial Employee Technical Service International at Körber, you play a key role in maintaining and developing our important global customer relationships.

• You ensure that materials and service technicians are available on time for global deployment.
• You support international customers and provide excellent customer service.
• You manage service orders commercially – from quotation preparation to planning and coordination of deployments, through to final invoicing and receivables management.
• You collaborate closely with various internal departments to meet customer needs and build long-term successful partnerships

What You Bring:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with experience in international sales processing, customer service, or service departments.
• Service- and goal-oriented work style, responsibility, and enjoyment in customer contact.
• Good English skills and business-fluent German.
• Confident handling of Incoterms, payment terms, and travel portals.
• Commitment, perseverance, teamwork, and loyalty – naturally for you.
• Work in virtual teams
