Job Purpose:

Prior knowledge of technical and administrative skills is required for this position, such as searching for premises, evaluating legal documentation for contracts, knowledge of building and zoning licenses.

Develop and manage administrative activities and lease negotiations for PAC (Perú Chile Argentina) Express RE portfolio, meeting the requirements of compliance and support the leadership to attend the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.

It is essential to demonstrate excellent communication skills, risk assessment, organization, and planning. You are expected to have great collaborative work skills, drive to work in a team, and a proactive attitude since your knowledge of managing time, resources, and internal and/or external work teams will be of the utmost importance in achieving the set objectives.

Your Tasks:

• Administer and support development of plans and processes to maximize the value of the CRE portfolio
• Provide input towards portfolio planning to provide the best mix of properties in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies, in addition to gather market intelligence
• Develop real estate scenarios via financial analysis and align with BU financial reporting requirements and goals 
• Proficient with financial modelling, market and industry research in real estate assets 
• Perform research & have a good understanding of local real estate markets
• Monitor and manage real estate budget for development projects 
• Document and record standard process and ensure all internal transaction reporting is complete
• Manage data quality in REM & other CRE Commercial tools

Your Profile:

• Relevant  University Degree e.g. in Engineering, Architecture, Law, Business, Administration or Real Estate related field.
• 2 years of relevant Commercial / Corporate Real Estate Experience
