Compensation: Anticipated earnings of $300,000 to $500,000+ per year

We are a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company looking for a driven Comfort Advisor to join our team. This is a high-earning sales role focused on helping homeowners improve their comfort through expert system design and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complete home comfort surveys and detailed load calculations on every call
• Inspect all ductwork and perform full comfort and indoor air quality assessments
• Design and present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems
• Handle all sales paperwork, financing options, rebates, and tax credits
• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Take photos of existing equipment and prepare accurate material lists
• Thoroughly explain all warranties and guarantees to customers
• Coordinate temporary heating or cooling equipment when needed

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience required
• Need to have done $4.5 - 5 million+ in 2025
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong comfort with technology and using software on iPads and computers
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
