Role Overview
We are hiring Power Platform Engineers with 3–4 years of experience to build applications, automations, and copilots using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. The role focuses on hands‑on development, solution configuration, and integration with Microsoft 365 services. Candidates should be strong technical implementers who can work within defined standards, follow ALM processes, and deliver reliable solutions in partnership with senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop canvas and model‑driven apps using Dataverse and role‑based security.
- Build cloud flows for automation, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
- Configure and maintain Copilot Studio bots/copilots, including topics, generative answers, and actions.
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Work with managed solutions, environment variables, and Dev/Test/Prod pipelines.
- Follow platform governance standards including DLP policies, secure data access, and solution documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to app performance, flow failures, connectors, and API calls.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and onshore teams to refine requirements.
- Prepare documentation for designs, workflows, and deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of total experience, including 2+ years on Power Platform.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Apps (canvas/model‑driven), Power Automate (cloud flows), and Copilot Studio.
- Good understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 or REST APIs.
- Familiarity with managed solutions, ALM basics, environment variables, and DLP/security fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze issues, debug flows, and optimize app performance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot extensibility (plugins/actions).
- Basic scripting (PowerShell/JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps or API Management.
