As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey.   • Proactively engage with customers visiting the store or events to identify potential leads and build a strong pipeline through active interaction and data capture.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering questions and objections, and enthusiastically promoting the test-drive experience to create a positive and memorable impression.
  • Execute successful lead-capture strategies during events to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
  • Build value for customers by understanding their requirements, presenting our vehicles, and clearly communicating Tesla’s unique value proposition to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times, delivering a customer experience that reflects Tesla’s values.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong (or quickly learnable) knowledge of Tesla’s vehicles.
  • Ability to communicate information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed.
  • Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
  • Fluency in Dutch & English.
  • Valid drivers license.
