Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

General Description:

Venture Global is seeking highly motivated recent or soon-to-be graduates to join our team in Houston, TX or Arlington, VA, supporting our LNG facilities in Louisiana. This program is designed for individuals looking to start their careers in a dynamic, high-growth energy company and gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will develop knowledge and understanding of the Liquified Natural Gas industry and will be assigned tasks, including but not limited to:  

• Engage in comprehensive training programs to gain a solid understanding of the LNG industry, its market dynamics, and business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the business aspects of LNG projects, including financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning
• Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the LNG sector
• Contribute to the development of business plans, proposals, and financial models to enhance the viability and profitability
• Work closely with the operational teams to ensure alignment between business strategies and operational execution
• Support additional initiatives as needed
• Support development and tracking of appropriate Key Performance Indicators
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders, clients, and partners to build strong professional relationships and foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (recent graduate or anticipated graduation by Fall 2025/Spring 2026)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen interest in the energy industry
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to the intricacies of the LNG sector
• Demonstrated leadership skills through academic or extracurricular activities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Application Suite
• One (1) to four (4) years’ experience working in a corporate environment would be a plus
• Basic understanding of energy-related concepts is a plus
