What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the day-to-day global collections process
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and ensure timely follow-ups
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure collections
- Issue receipts, credit memos, and support billing-related inquiries
- Support AR processes including payment allocations, credits, refunds, and invoice adjustments
- Proactively identify and follow up on at-risk accounts to prevent overdue balances
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Managers to resolve customer issues and accelerate collections
- Collaborate with the Accounting team on AR-related activities
- Track and report on collections activity and accounts receivable status
- Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and increase efficiency
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers on billing and payment-related matters
