About the role We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Reward Specialist- Compensation to support the Head of Reward across Europe and the USA, playing a key role in delivering annual pay processes and strategic reward initiatives. This position will lead on salary reviews, pay benchmarking, and reward surveys, using advanced data analysis to provide clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will deliver gender pay gap reporting, partner with senior stakeholders on pay and bonus cycles, develop reward policies, and ensure fair and competitive compensation practices aligned to business strategy. About you We are looking for a highly skilled Reward professional with strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel and data modelling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will be an effective communicator, confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will bring proven project management experience, alongside substantial expertise in Reward and Compensation, ideally within a multi-country environment. You will adopt a hands-on, pragmatic approach, balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery, and demonstrate a solutions-focused mindset. With high personal integrity, adaptability, and a strong results orientation, you will be self-motivated, proactive in your professional development, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
