WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Asegurar que los operadores telefónicos y supervisores, cuentas con la formación requerida para realizar sus funciones tanto teórica como practica a través del programa on the job training. 2. Controlar la rotación que se genera dentro de los primeros 45 días de vida del colaborador . 3. Generar informes de desempeño, planes de mejora y planes de movilidad a través de un modelo de counselling management que de visibilidad al colaborador y a los responsables operativos de la evolución de los indicadores para toma de decisiones
