Cluster Head
We are looking to appoint four Cluster Heads who will be responsible for managing the respective regional clusters as outlined below:
East Cluster: Kolkata, Patna, Guwahati
West Cluster: Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Rajkot, Surat, Indore, Amravati
North Cluster: Delhi, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Varanasi, Chandigarh
South Cluster: Bangalore, Belagavi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi, Secunderabad (Hyderabad), Vijayawada
Each Cluster Head will oversee operations, performance, and coordination within their designated region.

Role Summary
The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all supply chain, inventory, and logistics operations across the cluster covering branches . This is a critical leadership role that requires someone who can manage inbound logistics, optimize inventory levels, prioritize supplies to high-value and important orders, and maintain seamless coordination between branch operations and the Head Office Logistics & Fulfillment Center.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Optimization
Monitor and control inventory levels across all six branch locations in the cluster.
Implement strategies to optimize stock availability, reduce dead stock, and prevent stockouts.
Prioritize supply allocation to high-value orders and critical customer requirements.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation across branches.
Supply Coordination & Inbound Logistics
Coordinate inbound logistics and supply movement from HQ to branches and distribution points.
Act as the primary liaison between branch teams and the Head Office Logistics & Fulfillment Center. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of goods across all cluster locations.
Resolve supply chain bottlenecks, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
Order Prioritization & Fulfillment
Identify and prioritize important and high-value customer orders for timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
Track order-to-delivery timelines and take corrective actions when needed.
Invoice & Documentation Reconciliation
Perform invoice reconciliation with large eye care chains and key accounts.
Manage and verify Supply Challans, Purchase Orders (POs), and Invoices for accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound movements.
Follow up on pending documentation and resolve discrepancies with branches and vendors.
Coordination with Head Office
Regularly communicate with the Head Office Logistics & Fulfillment Center on supply plans, demand updates, and escalations.
Provide timely MIS reports on inventory status, supply performance, and order fulfillment metrics.
Collaborate with the Director Supply Chain on planning and strategic initiatives.
Branch Operations Oversight
Supervise and support logistics and supply operations at the six branches
Train and guide branch-level logistics teams on processes and best practices.
Conduct periodic branch visits for hands-on oversight and performance assessment.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations; OR a Graduate with relevant experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
Proven track record of managing multi-branch or multi-location operations.
Prior experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Healthcare products industry is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with SAP inventory management systems, MRP tools, and documentation processes.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret supply chain data and drive decisions.
High degree of ownership, accountability, and willingness to work extended hours when required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory/ERP systems.
The candidate will be based at one of the following branch locations as mutually agreed. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, month-end cycles, and critical supply situations is essential.
