We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?   Role overview: The Cloud Operations Manager is a highly technical leadership role responsible for taking full control of Keyloop’s cloud operations landscape. This role is not limited to team management. It requires deep architectural capability, operational ownership, automation maturity, governance leadership, and cost accountability. You will own the stability, standards, scalability, and cost efficiency of the AWS estate while leading a diverse Cloud Operations team. You are expected to proactively assess the landscape, identify structural gaps, plan resourcing appropriately, and ensure the platform is engineered for resilience and long-term sustainability. This role requires strong technical depth combined with decisive ownership and operational maturity. IMPORTANT: This position requires working in UK business hours and occasional off-hours engagement during P1 and Major Incident (MI) situations to provide senior leadership oversight and technical direction.
