We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated AWS Cloud Engagement Leader to join EPAM’s rapidly growing AWS Business Practice and support our Life Sciences & Healthcare (HCLS) portfolio. In this role, you will own the AWS business within your assigned unit—partnering closely with EPAM leadership, our delivery organization, AWS stakeholders, and our clients to drive cloud-enabled transformation. As a Cloud Engagement Leader, you will combine strategic business development with hands-on cloud expertise. You will guide clients through their AWS modernization journeys, foster strong executive relationships, and champion best practices across co-sell, co-delivery, and cloud engagement methodologies. Responsibilities Partner with EPAM’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Business Unit to deliver high-quality AWS engagements and expand cloud presence within the portfolio Collaborate with AWS senior leaders in HCLS to amplify the joint value proposition and create differentiated customer impact Engage with Director-, VP-, and C‑level client executives as a trusted AWS technology advisor Build and accelerate strategic relationships with AWS, cultivating strong alignment with key stakeholders Identify, develop, and close cloud transformation opportunities, driving growth across the portfolio Serve as the Cloud Transformation leader for HCLS clients, contributing in roles such as Engagement Manager, Lead Consultant, Architect, Delivery Leader, or Program Leader, depending on business needs Lead AWS deal development efforts as a player‑coach, supporting and orchestrating strategic pursuits across EPAM Mentor and enable Client Partners and Senior Delivery Leaders in cloud business best practices Ability to travel up to 25-50% Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; an MBA or Business Administration background is a plus 10+ years of technology consulting and delivery experience with recent focus on AWS modernization programs 5+ years of demonstrated success driving and growing cloud business in professional services, ISV, or enterprise engineering environments Practical fluency in emerging AI-driven delivery models such as AI-Native Development and FDE, with the flexibility to expand expertise Strong background in Cloud Engineering, with hands‑on experience in structuring cloud migration and modernization programs Experience working with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), with strong AWS competency; AWS certifications are highly desirable Expertise in designing and implementing cloud enablement, migration, app modernization, cloud-native development, cloud governance, CCoE, DevOps, and SRE initiatives Industry exposure in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D, or Research is desired Strong executive communication and relationship‑building skills Proven ability in strategic sales pursuit management and cross‑team orchestration Direct or indirect sales background with aggressive revenue targets Ability to translate a big-picture vision into clear, actionable plans Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients
