The Position
Cloud DevOps Engineer – Agent Development Platform (AWS)
We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers our Agent Development Portal. In this role, you will enable developers and data scientists to build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows, by providing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure on AWS. You will focus on cloud platform engineering, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability to ensure reliable operation of AI-powered services.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS to support the Agent Development Portal.
Ensure platform availability, reliability, and security across development and production environments.
Infrastructure as Code
Implement and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
Automate provisioning, configuration, and environment management.
CI/CD & DevOps Automation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
Enable efficient deployment of AI services, backend components, and platform updates.
AI Platform & Data Integration
Support infrastructure for AI applications, agent workflows, and RAG-based systems.
Enable secure connectivity between AI services, enterprise data sources, and APIs.
Monitoring & Observability
Implement monitoring and logging using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
Track system performance, reliability, and operational metrics.
Security & Compliance
Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, secrets management, and network security.
Ensure the platform complies with enterprise security and governance requirements.
Developer Platform Enablement
Provide tooling and automation that improves the developer experience on the Agent Development Portal.
Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline platform onboarding and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, API Gateway, VPC).
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or LLM-based applications.
Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, or AI agent systems.
Experience managing data pipelines and knowledge ingestion infrastructure.
Understanding of MLOps or AI deployment pipelines.
Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.

Salary range 14,000 - 26,000 PLN gross based on the employment contract.
