Local Trial Manager – Australia (Home‑Based | Embedded Model)
Location: Home‑based anywhere in Australia
As a Local Trial Manager (LTM), you will join the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. This role sits within a fully embedded model supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation, working on complex and high‑profile clinical trials.
You will partner closely with local study stakeholders, taking full accountability for the end‑to‑end delivery of clinical trials within Australia, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and execution excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide local leadership and oversight for clinical trials from start‑up through to close‑out in accordance with ICH‑GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs
Act as the primary local trial lead, ensuring successful country and site‑level delivery aligned with the global project plan
Deliver proactive study risk management across Australian studies, identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks appropriately
Lead and influence a regional matrix team, driving performance, accountability, and timely execution of study milestones
Partner closely with clinical operations, regulatory, safety, and vendors to ensure delivery on time and within budget
Maintain TMF quality, completeness, and inspection readiness
What You Bring
Tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline
Recent and demonstrated clinical trial leadership experience in Australia, operating in a PM / CTM / LTM role (min. 2 years) within pharma/ biotech or CRO
Strong Oncology and/or Hematology experience, ideally as CTM/ PM across complex, multi‑site trials
Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive delivery in a fast‑paced environment
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
High attention to detail with a strong quality and compliance mindset
