Clinical Data Manager

We empower our members to improve their health and perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. As the Clinical Data Manager, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling WHOOP’s clinical data governance function. You will lead study-level data architecture, compliance logic, data quality oversight, and database lock readiness for WHOOP-sponsored clinical studies. Your work will ensure that clinical datasets are accurate, traceable, inspection-ready, and aligned with scientific and regulatory objectives. Your expertise will directly enable WHOOP’s ability to validate digital biomarkers, support regulatory pathways, and maintain high standards of data integrity in a fast-paced consumer wearable environment.
