Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care while also supporting the continued growth and operational excellence of the clinic. This is a leadership-track role and includes both clinical responsibilities and managerial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional chiropractic care using techniques aligned with the 100% Chiropractic model
- Lead, support, and train team members to ensure consistent workflow and high patient satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient communication, and service delivery
- Contribute to clinic growth through community engagement, internal events, and patient education
- Oversee care plans, re-exams, and patient progress to ensure clinical excellence
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance and ethical standards
- Participate in leadership meetings and ongoing professional development provided by 100% Chiropractic
Ideal Candidate
- Multilingual – Spanish and English
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree with an active Georgia license (or ability to obtain one)
- Prior leadership or management experience (front office, team training, clinic oversight, etc.)
- Confident communicator capable of inspiring both patients and team members
- Strong understanding of corrective and wellness-based chiropractic care
- Comfortable working within a structured, systems-driven environment
