HealthSource Chiropractic of Renton is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art chiropractic clinic in early 2026, and we are hiring a Lead Chiropractor / Clinic Director to serve as the founding doctor.

This is not a typical associate chiropractor job. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced DC ready to run a clinic, build a team, and drive growth from day one, with the backing of one of the largest chiropractic systems in the country.

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000–$120,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, outcomes-driven chiropractic care

• Drive clinic production, performance metrics, and team culture
