As a Client Services Partner, you’ll play a critical role in turning programmatic strategy into measurable success. Sitting at the intersection of data, technology, and trading expertise, you’ll bring campaigns to life across the PubMatic platform — driving performance, strengthening partnerships, and unlocking growth for some of the world’s leading advertisers.

What you’ll focus on
- Own end‑to‑end post‑sale campaign management — from deal approval and activation through optimisation and renewal
- Set up and launch deals, manage pacing, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimise performance
- Analyse campaign data to deliver actionable, insight‑driven recommendations that improve KPIs and revenue
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, lead QBRs, and provide inventory performance analysis
- Execute hands‑on DSP trading and optimisation across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Strategy, Addressability, Activate Trading, and Deal Desk teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support SPO initiatives, proposal development, and performance tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and best practice
What you'll bring
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or Account Management within AdTech
- Hands‑on experience with major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying and selling, pricing models, and optimisation strategies
- Confidence analysing campaign performance data, with advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in Japanese
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics/reporting tools
- Experience working with agency and brand stakeholders in a client‑facing environment
- A proactive approach to process improvement and operational excellence
