Client Services Director - Trust

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified trust professional with proven business development experience and a strong background managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and complex trust structures. The Client Services Director will take senior responsibility for client relationships, team leadership, regulatory compliance and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior responsibility for a designated portfolio of trust and fiduciary client structures, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Leadership and management of a team of fiduciary professionals, providing guidance on complex technical, operational and client-related matters.
- Active contribution to business development through maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, advisers and intermediaries.
- Ensuring robust risk management and adherence to regulatory, governance and internal control frameworks.
- Ensuring trust policies, procedures and best practice are consistently applied within the team.
- Acting as a director or authorised representative on client entities where required.
Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior fiduciary or trust role, including people management responsibilities.
- ICSA or STEP Diploma (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of trust and company administration.
