We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Client Onboarding Assistant to join a growing UK-based team on a fully remote basis. The role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the very first interaction.
Requirements
- Based in South Africa with a valid ID or passport
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
