Service and grow a defined portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation. We are seeking an aspirational broker looking to grow their skills in a progressive culture, supported closely by experienced client managers and leadership, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth. What the day will look like End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing Skills and experience that will lead to success: Our ideal candidate will relate to the following: Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking) Outstanding communication and relationship management Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded) Servicing and growing an existing client portfolio Attention to detail Thrives in a learning & growth environment Basic technical insurance skills (highly regarded) How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
