About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to support the execution of ClearGov’s campaign engine. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll partner closely with senior demand generation leadership to execute multi-channel campaigns across webinars, email, content, and social. This role is focused on high-quality execution, strong coordination, and continuous optimization.
You’ll also help the team move faster by leveraging AI tools to support content creation and campaign production, contributing to a more efficient and scalable marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute demand generation campaigns across channels, including webinars, product tours, email programs, blog promotion, and social
- Partner with the Demand Generation lead, SDR, and Product Marketing teams to translate campaign strategy into clear, on-time execution
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables using Monday.com, ensuring alignment across marketing stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to support campaign builds, QA processes, and launch readiness in Marketo
- Write and refine marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign production, and content repurposing workflows
- Support the development and optimization of evergreen nurture programs aligned to key initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
Critical Skills/Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles
- Strong experience executing campaigns across email, webinars, and multi-channel programs
- Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), including how campaigns are built and managed
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing content
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., for copywriting, content generation, or workflow support); experience building AI-driven marketing workflows or agents is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and support optimization
- Background in SaaS, B2G, or the education sector is a plus.

Compensation:
- In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 USD and exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
